A clip from the song can be heard 14 seconds into the new trailer. The music video for "New Divide" was released on June 12, 2009 and was directed by Mr. Hahn. Christina Aguilera is rumored to be collaborating with some unlikely partners on her latest project. Goldfrapp, Ladytron, and Sia Furler are all said to have a spot in the creative process for her fourth studio album, due out later this year. This comes as a vast departure from some of her past partnerships with pop staple makers such as DJ Premier, Rich Harrison, and Mark Ronson.
Aguilera confirmed she and Sia would be hitting the studio in January. Sia has already influenced some of Aguilera’s work; she was largely responsible for the “Beautiful” remake “You Are What You Are” that is included on the “Keeps Getting’ Better: A Decade of Hits” compilation.
